Around 2019, the number of online gaming platforms in Bangladesh was growing — but most of them were in foreign languages, with foreign payment methods. For the average Bangladeshi user, these platforms were far from easy to use: English-only interfaces, mandatory card payments, and virtually no option to get support in Bangla.
Superbij was built to fill that gap. Our founding team had one core idea — to create a platform for the people of Bangladesh, built the way they would want it. Transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; a fully Bangla interface; and a support team that speaks Bangla — these were the three promises made from day one.
Superbij officially launched in 2020. The first few months were a period of trial and learning — user feedback was gathered directly and used to shape the platform. Which games people preferred, where payments were causing trouble, when support was needed most — these insights are what made superbij what it is today.
Today, superbij has over 500,000 registered members across the country — from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Rajshahi to every corner of Bangladesh. We serve city users and upazila-level users alike, all on mobile, even on slower networks.
