Superbij Terms & Conditions — Know before you use

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the superbij platform. superbij operates under the superbij.best domain and is designed to serve users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. superbij reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.

To open an account with superbij, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. superbij strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving OTPs is required.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

Superbij conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity. superbij reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until this verification process is complete.

Superbij supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account tier.

• Superbij does not charge any deposit fees. Mobile banking operators may apply their own charges in accordance with their own policies.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳2,00,000. Different limits apply for VIP members.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Superbij does not charge any withdrawal fees. Processing typically takes 5–30 minutes, though it may take longer if KYC verification is ongoing.

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Each member may receive this bonus only once.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on superbij. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming the same bonus, splitting it across multiple accounts, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Depositing or requesting withdrawals under a third party's name or a false identity.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Hacking the system, using bots, or playing games through automated software.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members or superbij staff.
• Collusion — attempting to manipulate game outcomes through coordinated group effort.

If suspicious activity is detected, superbij reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, the account will be reinstated.

Superbij reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Participating in any of the prohibited activities listed above.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (2 years).
• At the member's own request to close their account.

Members will be given as much notice as possible before an account is closed. Any valid balance in an account closed without a Terms violation will be refunded.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You can control overspending by setting deposit limits.
• You may set a cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months).
• Once a permanent self-exclusion is set, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has elapsed.
• Underage users will not be permitted to create an account without age verification.
